Salon Art Event
Join us for an intimate, lively evening featuring work by our Waffles and Wine artists, bringing the same bold, creative energy you’ve come to love—just in a more personal setting.
The original salons were held in the grand reception rooms of the French aristocracy, where the Bohemian intelligentsia and avant-garde would gather to discuss art, philosophy, and revolution (and, historically, blow a bit of smoke up each other’s asses 😂).
These gatherings became prominent places of cultural exchange, where creative minds found encouragement, connection, and the energy to thrive.
In this spirit!
Waffles & Wine Art Show + @rafi.can.hang invite you to an intimate spin-off event of cocktails & conversation celebrating local artists Yetha and Michael James.
Come for the art, stay for the ambience!
Set in a moody maximalist residence where time seems to disappear, expect gallery walls and curiosity objects, home-made appetizers and craft cocktails, not to mention a quirky, welcoming host who loves to entertain.
(And just the right amount of smoke! 😉)
Date:
June 4th, 7PM
Address:
3538 Calumet St, East Falls, Philadelphia
This is a donation-based ticket.
We’re hosting this show in our friend’s home to showcase two amazing artists in a stress-free, feel-good setting. We’re not doing this for profit — just to cover basic costs and share good energy with the community.
Choose the price that works for you. No pressure, ever.
We just want you there.
