Welcome to Waffles & Wine. By purchasing tickets, submitting forms, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Event Participation

●      Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Waffles & Wine Art Show.

●      Guests must be 21+ where alcohol is served.

●      We reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

2. Artist Participation

●      Artists accepted to show work agree to event guidelines and display fees communicated during registration.

●      Artists are responsible for transporting and insuring their artwork.

●      Waffles & Wine Art Show is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during events.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by Waffles & Wine or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written consent.

4. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you authorize Waffles & Wine to send transactional and promotional messages via email or SMS. You can opt out anytime by following the instructions in each message.

5. Third-Party Services

Our site may link to or integrate with Eventbrite, Stripe, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waffles & Wine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event participation or website use.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Waffles & Wine Art Show, its affiliates, and staff harmless from any claims or damages related to your participation in events or misuse of our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
